Assisted in preparation of technical and financial proposals
- Maintained record of identified bids, submitted bids, organizational profile and projects data base
- Coordination and liaison with clients and partner organization
- Analysis of ToR document and develop expression of interest
- Identify, inform and keep track record of donor funding opportunities relevant to program areas.
- Work with line manger to develop technical and financial proposals, EoIs and concept notes.
- Assist Line Manager to update donor's list and their priorities.
- Identify relevant donors' clusters/ groups/ forums and register and ensure participation in their events.
- Participate in fund-raising events.
- Any other activity assigned by the Line Manager.
