To meet the goals for customer satisfaction, we need a Customer Success Specialist who has immaculate analytical, writing and effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Continue learning and self-educating on assigned products or market verticals.

·         Ultimate success of this role is driving and securing a high level of customer satisfaction, based on a positive customer experience, thus ensuring expansion opportunities, reference-ability, and renewals.

·         Manage the onboarding process for new customers.

·         Answer phone and email-based support inquiries from customers.

·         Be a trusted and knowledgeable advisor for customers’ IT and business leadership.

·         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.

·         Own the upkeep of customer documentation and account notes in relevant systems.

·         Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

·         Assist account managers in the scheduling of discovery calls and demos with customers.

·         Work closely with US team on customers’ needs and challenges and ensure they are communicated and understood by functional teams.

Requirements:

·         A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing environment

·         Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs

·         Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the company

·         Demonstrated prowess in Customer Success, Customer Engagement or similar functions

·         Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline-driven

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·         Bachelor's Degree (an advanced degree preferred)

·         In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, like CRM Dynamics, SalesForce, or Zendesk.
