We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Appointment Scheduler. As an appointment scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our scheduling software.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm appointments and address any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth scheduling and allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification; additional certification in related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office productivity tools
