We are looking to expand our dynamic team with experienced Telesales Representatives for a Digital Marketing campaign by outbound calls in the USA. This is a unique opportunity for experienced individuals with a passion for sales and an aptitude for persuasive communication to work in a challenging, rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads.
• Set the Appointment with clients.
• Employing exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.
• Working towards both individual and team sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of international call center experience.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, sales, and customer success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrated strong sales abilities and persuasive communication skills.
• Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.
• A strong desire to excel in sales and the ambition to grow with us.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
