We are looking for Warehouse Supervisor who will strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision. Will be responsible for controlling the inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with software stock reports. Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
What You’ll Do
- Verification of all INCOMING (receipt) documents with PHYSICAL stocks after due diligence of receipt invoice
- Forwarding receipt invoice to KPO’s for GRN posting
- Rewetting of GRN versus receipt invoice
- Reviewing Daily Receipt reports
- Handling of WH expiry matters (preparation of intimation, physical stock transfer, expiry checking of entire WH stocks on fortnightly/monthly basis)
- Coordination/execution of Internal Audits on daily/weekly basis of near to expiry stock
- Ensure timely execution of EXTERNAL AUDITS
- Monitoring of all dispatch activities including physical verification of different demands on daily basis
- Preparation of daily routing and scheduling
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, near to expiry stock report, dead stock report etc)
What You Must Have
Education: Bachelors Experience: 5+ years
Skills Required
- Team Player and have the ability to work with the cross functional teams
- Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
