Excellent and effective communications skills both verbal and written.
Leader ship skills with the ability to lead, motivate and coach a team.
Business related bachelor degree
Experience in LED lighting and solar field preferably.
Experience of consumer and professional lighting industry.
Should have proven sales record in related field.
Manage projects to ensure that all associated work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner, in accordance with applicable plans and specifications.
Maintain liaison with government entities of related field.
