Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center, Pakistan’s leading IVF institute with the largest branch network since 1998, is seeking a confident and experienced Female Customer Services Manager for its Lahore Branch to lead the front-facing team with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
Train and guide the customer services team for high-quality patient interaction
Handle patient queries and appointments in person and over the phone
Assist patients with follow-ups, procedures, and consultant coordination
Resolve complaints professionally and ensure patient satisfaction
Maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For:

Female candidate with 5-8 years of relevant experience (Healthcare or hospital setting preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Urdu (Spoken & Written)
Warm personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
