The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and executing visually compelling creatives for digital and print marketing, product branding, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, branding, and e-commerce marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Branding
- Create high-quality banners, ads, and social media creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Alfamall.
- Design website graphics, product images, and promotional assets for campaigns and seasonal sales.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
E-Commerce Visual Optimization
- Design product thumbnails, lifestyle images, and infographics to enhance product listings.
- Optimize store visuals for better user experience and conversion rates.
- Work with the marketing team to execute visually engaging email campaigns.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video edits to enhance content engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create eye-catching carousels and ad creatives.
Ad Creatives & Performance Marketing Support
- Design static and dynamic ad creatives for paid campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on visual elements to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Iterate on designs based on ad performance data and feedback.
Print & Packaging Design (If Required)
- Assist in the design of packaging, inserts, and brand collateral as needed.
- Design POP displays, brochures, and marketing materials for brand promotions.
Who You Are
Creative & Strategic: You can design visually appealing creatives that also align with business objectives.
Experienced in E-commerce: You understand how visual storytelling impacts online sales.
Proficient in Design Tools: You’re skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (bonus), or other design tools.
Fast & Efficient: You can handle multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented: You ensure high-quality design output with proper alignment, typography, and brand consistency.
Collaborative: You can work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer experience.
1-3 Years of Experience in graphic design, branding, or e-commerce design.
