We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to make sure we are handling the employees by a professional human resource manager who can understand the needs of the employees and as well as the needs of the company for hiring new employees and make sure to retain our existing employees with ongoing research in this area.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent English communication skills.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our company hires on time and employees will keep happy with the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of all online and other job postings
- Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate internet job boards and social media sites.
- Uses a wide variety of talent sourcing and recruiting methods to attract qualified applicants
- Evaluation of applications resumes, and other related material to match experience with specific job-related requirements
- Source and recruit candidates — conduct interviews both over the phone and in-person
- Face to face screening of all potential supervisory and above candidates
- Coordinate all other on-site candidate interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Development and completion of screening scorecards
- Scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and internal hiring staff
- Coordination of interview panels
- Development and maintenance of interview questions for different job descriptions
- Coordination of interview scorecards and debriefing forms for final decisions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Coordination of job offers
- Partnering with the CEO to carry out salary and wage negotiations
- Coordinates the new hire process including the scheduling of drug screens, new hire paperwork, timeclock enrollment, and creation of ID badges
- Complete orientation and onboarding for all candidates including all payroll information, login credentials, and other as needed
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Act as a point of contact and build a relationship with the CEO — make sure the CEO is up-to-date on the status of all searches.
- Coordinate all CEO interviews
- Must be able to multitask and work in a very high pace environment
- Works closely with all internal hiring staff to clearly establish the wants and needs of open positions
- Development and maintenance of an Application Tracking System
- Manage Leaves and Attendance of the employees
- Manage keep track of the benefits
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Keep an active and prioritized list of tasks and ongoing projects with input from the CEO
- Represent the CEO through communications (often as the first point of contact) with their professional connections
- Respond to emails for CEO
- Coordinate a variety of resources, gather and evaluate the information for special projects and reports
- Demonstrate poise and professionalism under pressure
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities
Experience
- Two to four (2-4) years prior Human Resource recruitment experience in a Software Development Company with over 30 employees preferred.
Skills
- Must speak perfect English (native tongue)
- Strong, articulate communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency and knowledge of Zoom and Slack preferred
- Experience working with Monday , Grammarly, Panda Doc a plus
- Excellent computer skills a must, plus adept at learning new software
- Ability to learn and integrate new computer applications into existing HR functions

- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Strong Customer Service Skills (preferably within Software Development Company).
