QUALIFICATIONS

· Web/App Development Certification/degree or equivalency

· Solid Designing and Development Background (Education and Experience)

· 2+ years of experience in Development and/or Programming (HTML5, PHP, Python, JavaScript 4.01, ZEND Version 2.0, Bootstrap, JQUERY 3.0, MySQL, Mongo DB, CSS, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, wordpress, Xamarin) – comprehensive/insightful knowledge and background

· Fluent in English and Urdu

· Remote workers welcome from Faislabad/Lahore 3 days a week (Opportunity to WORK FROM HOME)

· Capable of managing multiple people, leading and mentoring them in accordance to instructions provided from upper management.

· You must demonstrate your creativity with a demo profile of your past work and experiences, or a sample of your capabilities, which will be used to encourage and mentor your teams

· Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and completing them according to agendas

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

· Work week consisting of 40-48 hour work weeks. Overtime work may be involved time to time.

· You will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of web-based products, connect them to a network of web services and ensure the work integrates with the application(s)

· Must have solid knowledge of UX and UI (front-end and back-end development)

· You must have the potential to envision the direction of Team Lead’s instructions according to their visions, and make them reality through feasible, cost efficient means

· Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

· Correspond with your team and upper management to ensure work progresses according to agenda

· Report to your Team Lead on a daily basis

· You will be responsible in keeping up to date on all your Standard Operating Procedures and their training.
