The Office Boy will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the office and ensuring that staff and guests are well-cared for. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping the workspace tidy and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as scheduled, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, sweeping, and trash removal.
- Ensure all common areas such as meeting rooms, lobbies, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee to staff and guests as requested.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms or arranging desks when needed.
- Replenish office supplies and manage inventory to ensure items like coffee, tea, and cleaning materials are adequately stocked.
- Handle external or internal errands, such as going to the post office or bank as required by management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all employees and guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in URDU is required; basic understanding of English is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
