We are currently running 2 UK-based projects and have multiple departments in each project. If you think you're over qualified for a CSR role we might offer you other suitable role in different department, it all depends on your skills and ambitions.

Basic job duties for a CSR role would be:

Listening to applicants' / clients requirements and presenting appropriately.
Following up on leads generated by our database.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing applicants/ clients via telephone calls and emails;
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential applicants to prospect for new quarries.
Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations.
Keep records of applicants' / clients interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Process quarries, forms and applications.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about services, take / cancel quarries, or obtain details of complaints

Skills Required:

MS Excel & Word, Soft Spoken Skills, Problem-Solving, Empathy, Flexibility.

Job Shift:

2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Monday - Friday
