Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and increase sales revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers, and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts and agreements.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or biomass industry.
Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for business meetings and events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
