Need Mid-Level Import Manager for our Company's agribusiness division.
The Manager should have the following skills alongside being an overall generalist & have adequate problem solving skills:
Able to communicate with bank import staff to establish L/Cs and other banking instruments.
Able to communicate with both clearing agents and customs authorities to regularly clear and release consignments including filing of duties and taxes.
Should be able to proficiently use the customs WeBoc service including making EIFs, GDs (Declaration of Goods) and other standard documents.
Able to communicate with shipping company's for any eventuality.
Besides the above basic requirements
should be an all rounder that should be able to act independently of executive's direction to take care of company's import needs.
Should have basic idea of logistics, inventory management and banking & be willing to acquire new skills at the job.
