- Have sound knowledge & Experience to develop and run a Franchise Chain Independently.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the lab franchise, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to protocols.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
- Foster positive relationships with franchises, providing support and guidance as needed.
