Bahria Eats is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new restaurants to our platform and building strong, lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Onboarding: Identify and sign up quality restaurants to expand our platform offerings.
Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with restaurant owners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly onboarding targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Negotiation: Handle contract discussions and secure favourable terms.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations for smooth onboarding and promotion of partners.
Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in food delivery or hospitality
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet targets and work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
A network in the restaurant industry is a plus
