Ticketing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our team at Bahria Enclave Zoo. As a Ticketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by efficiently handling ticket sales, ensuring accurate entry procedures, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility and the enjoyment of visitors from all walks of life.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist guests in purchasing tickets for admission to the zoo.
Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the ticketing area.
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and helpful manner.
Maintain accurate records of daily ticket sales and transactions.
Prepare and reconcile end-of-day reports for financial and administrative purposes.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor’s / FA

Excellent skills in MS Excel for generating reports.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in ticketing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and assist a diverse range of visitors
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required
