Job Overview:

Baig Transport Services (Pvt) LTD, we are the leading transport company in Islamabad.
We are hiring an experienced Customer Care Officer (Female) to help us to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem & explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Place or cancel bookings
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Handle changes in policies or renewals.

Requirements:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good communication (written and verbal).
Education & Experience: Graduation & Minimum 2-year experience
