Procurement Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Procurement Manager to oversee our company's purchasing activities and ensure that we obtain the best value for our money. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and developing strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery times
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and payment terms
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices
Monitor procurement activities to ensure that they are within budget and meet quality standards
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs
Manage and lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure that procurement activities are executed efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
atleast 1 year experience of procurement in Construction company
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
Familiarity with procurement software and tools
Ability to lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals
