Job Description and Key Skills:

System Administrations for AIX 6.1/7.1/7.2 and Power VM, which includes installation/ Upgrades/ Patching & Fix.
Management, administration, support/troubleshooting, consolidation and maintenance on IBM Power 9 Systems
IBM Power Server Administration (Which includes creating LAPRs/DPARs, Installation, maintenance and Support through HMC/IVM).
Coordination with other relevant teams to resolve performance issues and mitigation of performance bottlenecks.
Building and supporting testing of Disaster Recovery Environment via taking MKSYSB and restoring for a sanity check.
Upgrade of HMC version to the latest available, monitor server performance using NMON and LPAR2RRD.
Update standard policies according to environmental changes, and audit results, and develop performance improvement initiatives
Ensure service uptime to the bank’s internal users.
The candidate must possess effective problem-resolution skills in the respective area and have strong analytical skills.
Candidate must be a team player.

Experience: Minimum 6-8 Years of relevant experience

Education: Minimum Bachelors in relevant field. Masters preferred
