Job Role:

Good Knowledge of Swift operations system.
Good knowledge of all payments and trade related MT' types.
Familiar with SWIFT Messages on FIN and Non-FIN.
Submit SWIFT Message (Hard/Soft Copy) to Remittance unit and other concern departments as per SOP.
Daily reconciliation on SWIFT Message and report.
Daily monitor and submitting Nostro /Vostro statements MT-940 and MT-950 to concern departments.
Help branches and HO departments to resolve customer’s compliant relating to inward and out swift payments.
Coordinate with Information Security Department for SWIFT security related matters.
Provide assistance to internal customers regarding SWIFT related activities
Supervise disposal process of SWIFT messages to concerned Branches/departments
Review, Verify, and release swift messages ensuring all internal and procedural controls.
Follow up on incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages
Ensure updates on the list of correspondent banks in the SWIFT system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Bachelors required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Candidate with knowledge of en.payment system will be given a preference.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills with approachable and leading personality
Dynamic leadership
Well disciplined
Proactive and should possess Team spirit
