Job Description: We are a listed Company, looking for a responsible assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Administer phone calls and correspondence

• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

• Take dictation and minutes

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs

• Maintain office filing system and manage any other assigned work

Requirements/Qualification

• Master/Bachelor degree

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• MS Office and English proficiency
