Barium Digital (Private) Limited is the fastest-growing digital marketing agency with a core focus on performance marketing. We work with pre-seed, Series A, and Series B startups and help them scale with data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Our team has full-stack marketing expertise, which allows us to build customized sales funnels tailored for every phase of the buyer journey. Our vision is to scale 100K businesses annually by providing them necessary strategic direction, knowledge, and tools.

We are looking for a creative copywriter to develop converting copies for multiple channels and categories and assist in content strategy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, exceptionally creative, and fully dedicated to writing copy that puts the consumer at the center of the writing while expressing the brand’s voice.

Responsibilities:

Develop converting, best-in-class copies and tactical messaging across websites and social media channels.
Translate marketing objectives into engaging content ideas that can drive measurable impact for our clients.
Identify, pick, and represent the brand voice for multiple clients and their respective businesses.
Research and create a detailed buyer’s persona and develop persona-focused copies.
Assist content marketing team in high-level content marketing strategy.
Assist content marketing team with competitive research and insights across channels.
Partner with the marketing team in testing strategies to optimize copy.
Collaborate with the design team in creative ideation and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English/Marketing.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
Full professional proficiency in written English.
Demonstrated experience in developing copy for websites and digital media channels.
Ability to think strategically, manage many tasks simultaneously, and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.
Ability to support a test-and-learn environment by creating messaging that is A/B tested for effectiveness and result.
Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing.
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to write down the funnel, from awareness to direct response copywriting.
Openness to learning marketing concepts.
Knowledge of the buyer’s journey (cold, hot, warm) to pair ads with the right audience.
A strong understanding of technology (e.g., Cloud, services, Windows stack, database technologies, etc.)
