The position is responsible to manage complex business problems, discovers business insights, and identifies opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. The Person is also responsible for the preparation and reporting of results and trends to business users and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to summarize complex topics for non-technical customers both verbally and visually
Has worked in the area of operational improvements.
Has created processes or should be able to purpose easy solutions to complex problems.
Ability to problem solves and clearly document investigations for an array of audiences
Detailed oriented, organized, problem-solving, and able to work independently and with a team

Required Skills

Advanced SQL abilities,
Strong data analytics,
Knowledge of business intelligence
Good Mathematical Skills
Should be aware of the variety of Data Analysis and Visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Visio or Draw.io.
Must be a quick learner
Basic understanding of Software Industry
Basic Documentation Skills
