Paid Media Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Assistant for the Islamabad office of Basecamp Data Solutions. We’re working with diverse clientele and expanding our digital media team to add people that have a thirst to learn and want to excel in the paid media domain of digital marketing.

What you will be doing with your time here:

Assist the Paid Media Manager in developing the paid search marketing campaigns goals
Assist in managing all elements of paid search campaigns
Work with the content team and the Paid Media Manager to create and distribute content to increase brand awareness and user engagement
Analyze data and provide intelligent business plans based on conclusions
Work with the Marketing Manager, Content Strategist and SEO Analyst to develop content that will best optimize campaign performance
Develop online media strategies to optimize our competitive position online
Categorize, structure, track and measure data to ensure marketing ROI and KPIs are met
Perform ongoing competitor analysis, keyword research, and SEM best practices
Assist with the production of sales/marketing presentations and specialty projects as they come

Must haves:

1- 1 ½ year(s) of experience in the relevant field
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
Good communication skills
Experience with bid monitoring and adjustment of search media campaigns across multiple sites
Ability to develop effective and relevant web/static copies
Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
A deep understanding of users, their online motivations and which marketing strategies will best drive results
High-level comprehension and analytical skills for keyword placement
The ability to work effectively with team members from diverse communities and cultures
Great research, organizational and learning skills with immaculate attention to detail
