4. Responding to queries from prospective customers.
5. Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
7. Keep records of calls/emails and sales and record useful information
8. Maintaining a record of competition, SMS industry comparison and analysis.
9. Coordination with sales team to handover them the sales lead in order to close the complete sales loop.
10. Maintain a long-term relationship with customer.
11. Comprehensive knowledge of utilizing social media platforms with in-depth features.
12. Coordination with digital marketing department.
13. Great communication skills.
