Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This individual will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute social media campaigns that engage and convert followers, and will also be responsible for researching and identifying potential business partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid social media advertising
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into the overall marketing plan
- Research and identify potential business partners and clients, and pitch the company's products or services to them
- Assist with the development of business proposals and presentations
- Attend industry events and networking functions to cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in social media management and business development
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the industry a plus
