We are searching for a competent Restaurant Manager to lead and run all aspects of our business. In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to ensure efficient operation of the restaurants daily tasks including food and service quality, high and fast paced production. As well as employee productivity and morale.
A successful manager will have management experience in both the front and back of the house. You will also be required to assist in the hiring process as well as the training process for new employees, set the schedules and rotations, and to supervise the food preparations and delivery. Everything must be done in compliance with health and safety regulations.
You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment and be a leader for the staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
