Overall requirements: Experience of project management or software development project is required. Participation in telecom network management related projects, experience in OSS, Management, Business domains is preferred

In order to achieve the project target on time, it is necessary to be capable to make a good overall project plan and to execute the project accordingly. Also, any changes of the project plan need to be well managed.

To work with R&D test team to improve the SW release quality before it is published to field, and to minimize the SW fault occurred on field. To track field issue quickly.

To identify resources and costs, control costs and allocate corresponding resources in time.

6. Project team management:

To think about the competence building for the team. To track the daily work.

7. Teamwork

Work with Chinese back office team and local team as one team.

8. Customer communication

To communicate with customer actively for project status updates, etc.

9. Bachelor’s degree or above

10. knowing a little about Chinese language is preferred
