- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and aesthetic
- Manage and oversee social media content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook groups
- Post across all social media channels
- Come up with creative captions and use relevant hashtags
- Design and post interactive stories to engage with the audience and increase engagement
- Measure the success of every social media post, story and campaign using UTMs and other metrics
- Design posts using Canva or other design software
- Edit basic videos when needed (adding text, music and such)
- Monitor engagement and suggest content optimization
- Work on influencer campaigns and programs
- Generate influencer content and user content
- Conduct marketing campaigns, such as SMS and email
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with the design and writing teams to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Work with graphic designers on fresh & value adding ideas
- Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams when needed.
