Senior Sales Representative

Prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to close deals with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
Manage sales pipelines and prioritize activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.

Qualification:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events (if required).
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
