B & H Surgical is manufacturing concern of Surgical Instruments. The General Manager will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the overall operations of the Company. The General Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

Candidate must have experience in surgical industry at managerial post for minimum 5 years.
Make sure proper implementation of company policies in all departments.
Analyze company operations & identify potential improvements.
Manage and maintain close relationship with all departments to ensure healthy business environment.
Act as problem solver & take necessary timely decisions to problem solutions.
Plan and organize administration & production activities together with the production team & admin staff.
Ensure company Policies are implemented properly.
Enhance Employee relations and engagement.
Performance management and improvement for the employees.
Staff Management & ensure effective and efficient deployment with co-ordination of HR Manager.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting of all departments to Managing Director.
Data analysis ability for different departments

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / M.Com / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 16 Years of education certification is required.
Five years’ experience preferably in Surgical Industry at managerial post.
Ambitious with proven track record in business development and financial management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident individual who can achieve targets within assigned deadlines.
Customer oriented, proactive, creative, energetic, self-motivator who keeps himself updated with industry trends and knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise a team and to share skills and knowledge with others.
Effective problem solving and mediation skills.
Technical ability to read, analyze and explain production problem to management & production team.
Proficiency with Microsoft office skills.
Demonstrate ability and multiple tasks oriented who can perform in a fast pace business environment.
Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and critical situations.
