Customers(SME) calling, Customer analysis, competition analysis, potential product description, Price comparison, demand analysis, relationship building with prospective customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a data base of customers, address, contact etc.
· Finding potential customers(SME) through internet and valuable sources.
· Maintaining a record of competition, SMS industry comparison and analysis
· Maintain a long term relationship with customer
· Cold calling to prospective clients using a data base to conversion and selling
· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
· Go the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales
