You will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our products/services through outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to targeted lists of potential customers, engaging them in conversation, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted lists provided by the company.
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and establishing a positive relationship.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services to prospects, effectively addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and accurately document customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts and call guidelines provided by the company, while also being able to adapt to the needs and preferences of each prospect.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas for outbound calls, lead generation, and other performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
