The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business.

You will build key customer/ agency relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

Managing artist agency, including maintaining agency relationships, onboarding new agencies, improving the number and quality of agencies, and fulfilling the targets set by the headquarters
Develop new business with existing and new artist agencies.
Assist the headquarter team to deliver the ideas and solutions to agencies well.
Keeping the Creator Management team informed of the status of their group's accounts, problems, plans, and meetings and involving Management personnel at critical times.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Good Communication Skills and Quick Problem-solver.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Brave to face challenges, Flexible to solve problems, willing to grow with company together.
Large company sales team experience is preferred.
