  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of Office, Kitchen & Bathroom according to company guidelines consistently, accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform indoor and outdoor chores/tasks assigned by the Company.
  • Prepare and serve snacks, food, tea &/or cold drinks to employees and customers.
  • Maintain register of purchases of office supplies and also the account of it
  • Protect office, data/commodities and its maintenance.
  • Responsibility of opening and closing of office on working days in time.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and will be assigned to the employee.
  • Bin Khalid is a construction company and office boy might have to sleep on project site in the absense of a guard. 

THE OFFICE WILL PROVIDE RESIDENCE TO THE EMPLOY.
