Background in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering is preferred

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (8 pm - 3 am)

Salary Package: Market Competitive

Responsibilities:

Bid and submit proposals on platforms like Freelancer and Upwork to win website projects
Generate leads, draft proposals, negotiate with clients, and close sales deals
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies
Identify potential projects and create compelling proposals
Achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

Strong bidding profile on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a focus on goals
Ability to handle sales targets and maintain high ratings on bidding platforms
Proven track record as a successful bidder
Ability to achieve a minimum monthly target of $3k
Knowledge of design and development is a plus
