Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Executive to help us meet our customer acquirement and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our marketing team potential, generating leads, following sales plans of the upper management.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit Marketing targets.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
Present Marketing reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
Help in the creation and editing of content for the blog and newsletter
Help distribute marketing materials
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
It is purely commission based job, with high level training opportunity is provided.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 30% commission on maturing the project bid.

Requirements

Successful previous experience as a marketing representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Experience required: Fresh -- 2 years
