Tasks (Staff, customers & suppliers related)
- Customer communication (mail, chat & calls) like complaints, queries, catering etc.
- Staff communication regarding scheduling & everyday work situations & mistakes
- By using our backend arranging job interviews, trainings, feedbacks and control
- Communication (email & calls) with suppliers & business partners
- Making staff schedules.
- Writing / editing staff training program
- Checking staff attendances
- Archiving and organising
- Formulating company policies and procedures
- Answering Customer Reviews
Skills required
- Excellent written & spoken English equivalent to IELTS 7.0
- Excellent communication & expression abilities
- Details orientation.
