  • Pass journal entries of cash receipt and payments in the software and excel sheet.
  • Cash reconciliation with day book and journal ledger on daily basis and verified by Senior.
  • Maintain record of petty cash in software and manually (documentation with all supporting documents).
  • Maintain record of due payments against loans, salary advances and final settlements in excel sheets and update it on daily basis.
  • Disbursement of salaries and over time on monthly basis.
  • Reconcile the cash of salaries, overtime and maintain record of unpaid wages.
  • Update the receivable in excel sheet and software
  • Receive cheque/credit advise against sales invoice
  • Post that bank receipt in software.
  • Prepare cash recovery plan on weekly basis.
  • Maintain record of supplier’s payments.
  • All records and ledgers must be close at the end of day.
  • Day book singed by G.M on daily basis.
  • Any other task assigned by seniors
