To receive product orders from our clientele which includes private/governement/semi-govt. hospitals and institutes.
Maintaining and keeping the check of the complete available inventory.
To compile product orders as per prescribed format of the company;
To send compiled orders to our manufacturer of the products ;
To assist in arranging the pickup of the goods from the manufacturers warehouse once they are ready, in coordination with our logisitic dept;
Preparing GRN once items are received at our warehouse in Karachi
Ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Maintaing Incoming PO/Sales Order and Manufacturers PO register on a daily basis.
To perform any other duty related to supply chain.
