Good team management skills

Supervision Skills

Expert in Finishing works

Knowledge of Paint work, Tile work, Sanitary and Plumbing, Aluminum Work, Electric and Civil Work, MS and SS Work and other types of works related to construction finishing.

Manages sub-contractors
Monitoring and controlling performance
Surveying and record keeping
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Quantity surveying
Cross-check sub-contractor invoices
Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects
Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
Have knowledge of concept design, as-built drawings, detailed design, construction techniques
Reporting and documentation
