We are hiring an energetic, experienced, and multitasking, dedicated individual with a can-do attitude on an immediate basis.
Working Days: 6 Days a week shift Timing: 12 am to 9 am (Night Shift ONLY)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education Must be Intermediate at least, Bachelors preferred!
- Proficient English communication and past similar experience / knowledge are a must!
Your Responsibilities:
- Hiring & Training
- Team Building
- Managing floor operations
- Weekly QA/QC of the call center
- Monitoring and analyzing reports
- Really good with MS Excel
- Past experience in CRM application (preferred)
