A well-established organization is looking for qualified “Web Designer & Developer” who must be experienced in creating the look, layout, and features of a website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and web programming.
Job Description:
· The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying website, from layout to function according to the company’s specifications.
· Must possess experience in Website & Multimedia programming and technology.
· Create well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices for phones, tablets and laptops.
· Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
· Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
· Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
· Create and maintain software documentation.
· Updating websites and creating back up files.
· Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the company’s website.
· Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
· Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
Job Requirements:
· Must be well aware of web designing techniques.
· Proven working experience in web programming and designing.
· Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript.
· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
· Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
· Excellent visual design skills.
· Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
