We are looking for a Senior accountant and payroll manager who should be qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA or AAT.
- Minimum of 2,3 years of practice experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Free Agent
- Excellent English communication & presentational skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel to intermediate level)
The positions are for Accountants who will be focused on providing practical Payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting services for our UK based clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting our ‘Client Accountants’ by providing the following services: ·
- Performing all bookkeeping duties for our clients.
- Preparation and submission of Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis for our clients (Money soft/Payroll manager)
- Responsible for processing payroll of clients, leading all payroll related reporting, meeting government deadlines of payroll reporting for clients, and maintaining effective client correspondence.
- Preparation and submission of the VAT return on monthly basis.
- Reconciling accounting ledgers and accounts regularly on software ·
- Preparation of annual statutory annual accounts for our clients.
- Preparation of corporation tax for our clients in the UK ·
- Preparation and calculation of self-assessments in the UK ·
- Provide ad-hoc support to ‘Client Accountants.
