Daily Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Monitor Upwork bidding activities regularly, ensuring timely responses and competitive proposals.
Collaborate with business developers to align operational strategies with business objectives.

Client Collaboration:

Interface with clients from the USA, UK, and Pakistan, maintaining high levels of professionalism and responsiveness.
Conduct meetings and discussions with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Team Management:

Hire, train, and manage a team of experts for both freelance and in-house projects.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment activities, ensuring the acquisition of top talent in relevant domains.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Communication Excellence:

Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Represent the company professionally in all communications, both internal and external.
Ensure effective communication between various departments, facilitating smooth project execution.

Business Development Support:

Collaborate closely with business developers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Assist in developing strategies to elevate the company's market presence and competitiveness.
Utilize market insights and trends to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, integrating relevant advancements into the company's operational framework.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in operational management within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Understanding of social media marketing, web development, and SEO practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of team management and development.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving business growth initiatives.
Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork and experience in hiring freelancers for project execution.
