- Daily Visit of 40-50 Shops as per list and book orders.
- Get orders of all products range of company and ensure the sales target compliance.
- Fill Daily Visit Report (DVR) and update immediately after visit of shop.
- Hand over Order Form and DVR to SE/ASM in the evening before leaving the office.
- Send SMS of quantity of top 5 products booked and total value of order to his immediate supervisor (SE/ASM) in evening on daily basis.
- Update Comparison Report and submit on weekly basis.
- Responsible for the settling of Outstanding Bills of Problematic Customers.
- Check expiry of all displayed products on shelf and report such products to SE/ASM for removal.
- Check and observe competitor’s Products Shelf size, activity and schemes.
- Place the POS Material properly in each shop.
- Ensure the product display at EYE level in each shop.
- Check Facial Sachet Stand at shop and maintain stock level.
- Check retail price and the leakage of displayed products.
- Find new shops in assigned area and update the Shop List.
- Get Product Knowledge of all products.
