- Bloom Agritech (PVT) Ltd is looking for a sales and marketing manager that serves as the first point of contact for our customers.
- The job would entail taking down orders for home deliveries.
- In addition, this person will also be responsible for in-store marketing campaigns and efforts.
- We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience, with complete fluency in English and Urdu.

Marketing and Sales Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and take down customer orders
- Manage customer orders from start to finish
- Follow up with customers on their experience, and noting down areas of improvement
- Manage in-store marketing campaigns
- Manage sales returns, and prepare return reports to avoid similar problems in the future
- Provide information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Develop sales strategies for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Help in interviewing, hiring, and managing members of the company's marketing and sales teams
- Assign specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
