Bloom Agritech (PVT) Ltd is looking for a distribution manager that has strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to use office equipment including telecommunication equipment and computer.
Ability to comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
Ability to make judgments based on available information.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience.
The details of the job responsibilities are listed below.

Responsibilities:

Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
Identify resources, perform workload assignments and provide assistances when required.
Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
Cash handling (Receipts and Payments)
Scanning invoices and ensuring pricing is accurate
Any other task assigned by higher management
