Handling all personal and organisational correspondence of the Principal. Welcoming guests and dealing with them according to the given instructions. Timely reminding the Principal of any deadlines, event dates, appointments, etc. Handling the office filing system and keeping the record up-to-date. Coordination between the Principal and other departments and staff members for regular and special tasks. Keeping the Principal’s office organised and prepared for official tasks. Receiving all incoming phone calls and forwarding the calls to the required offices. Assist other departments by doing typing work as assigned by the seniors. Maintaining confidentiality of official information.
